Ex-MCA turned full-time businessman Eddy Anayo has announced plans to introduce a football tournament that will benefit talented youths in Kisumu County.
The former Market-Milimani Ward Rep dumped his political seat to focus on his business engagements, what has led to massive growth of his lucrative venture, Homeland Events, a company offering events and concert equipment.
Well, according to a social media post seen by KISUMUINSYDER.CO.KE, Eddy Anayo has confirmed that he will be launching a periodic event to specifically nurture soccer talents in Kisumu County.
The winners of the championship baptized ‘Anayo Football Tournament’ will bag sums of monies alongside sets of uniforms courtesy of his company, Homeland Events.
“Anayo Football Tournament covering the entire KSM County Loading. Winning Team 150k + 2 sets uniform. Runners Up 100k + 1 set of Uniform. 3rd Position 50k + 1 set of Uniform. Talents must be identified” he promised
This comes barely a fortnight after he offered a sum of KES 120,000 to popular HIV/AIDs activist Phenny Awiti after the mother of two came out publicly to share with her online followers that all is not easy for her most of the times.
