Kisumu-born, Norway based international promoter Donnah Akinyi Obera, the CEO of OberaX2 Entertainment continues to shake showbiz tables abroad.
Donnah who was in Kisumu in March for charity and a number of parties is well known to have made it possible for a number of local artists to perform overseas.
During the Kisumu visit, she and her team took some time to pass by a number of facilities to share goodies with the less priviledged.
Among the institutions they visited include the Joyland Special School and the District Hospital.
In November 2018, Donnah was voted the best female promoter in the entire Scandinavia, flooring big shots in the 2018 GLIOS Awards, making her become one of the renowned names in international events through her company Obera X2 Entertainment.
Akinyi Obera who is based in Oslo was battling for the award alongside other big shots in the 2018 GLIOS Awards, Best Female Promoter of the year category.
Well, the curvaceous showbiz queen has yet again been nominated in the prestigious SAMA (Scandinavia Afrobeat Music Awards) 2019 in two major categories.
She’s battling for the Best Promoter in Norway alongside 3 other acts as well as ‘Event of the Year’ Award for hosting Sauti Sol, Slim Prince & Winnie.
The unveiling of the winners will be on Saturday 4th May in Stockholm, Sweden.

For starters, it’s her events company, Obera X2 Entertainment that will be in charge of singer Akothee’s mega concert in Norway later on 18th May.
